Our journey began in 2010 with a passion for graphic design, creating logos, branding, and print materials. But in 2015, everything changed. I opened a temporary kiosk in Downtown Montreal for just three months, offering printed personalized gifts. Witnessing the raw emotion on my clients' faces when they saw their unique presents – smiles, laughter, even tears of joy – that's when I knew I had found my true calling. This was what I loved to do.
What started as a temporary lease quickly became a long-term commitment. I decided to expand our services, adding the exciting world of laser engraving. Joining Etsy in 2016 was a true game-changer. My background in graphic design, combined with the newest laser engraving technology, allowed us to truly stand out. We began engraving on wood, leather, glass, and so much more, bringing personalized visions to life.
Since then, our small team has blossomed. My wonderful wife, Nada, joined me, bringing her creativity alongside our talented graphic designers, Sasha, my daughter, and Yasmin. Together, we've built a strong foundation. My skilled brother-in-law, Sam, also plays a vital role, lending his expertise in woodworking. From creating the product and engraving it to performing quality control and shipping it out, we've completed the entire cycle with care.
When the pandemic arrived, we closed our retail store and transitioned to a spacious 2000 square foot warehouse, where we happily continue our work today.
