Love the look , such an amazing gift for my husband.

The box was, as many others have said, much lighter than I was expecting. I was expecting it to be light, yes, but I could basically pick and hold this in one hand without trouble even though it was the largest size. There were also a couple of chipped parts to it. It did come out of the box well-wrapped and with extra cushioning inside of the box itself. However, I thought that overall, the quality of the box was more akin to that of a craft box than a handmade one. Maybe it was, but since it shipped out in almost under a day, I almost doubt it. They were also very willing to change the font to a different requested one though which was nice.

Beautiful box! My husband loved it!

I bought one of the custom boxes as a present and it was absolutely beautiful. I would have taken a star off for delivery (Canada Post) but that is absolutely not the Etsy Sellers fault so I did not. The tracking showed that the box had already been delivered two weeks prior to it actually being delivered. I reached out to the seller (Magued) to see if the box could be replaced and he was ready to send out a new one right away! My box ended up being delivered two days after our conversation though and I let him know I wouldn’t be needing a replacement. Amazing customer service!
