The engraving of the tray is really well done! The turnaround time was amazing and I got the product right away. Excellent communication with the shop owner - very helpful. The only issue I had was the wood was a bit flimsy, light, and thinner than I thought it would be. I think this is more for decor and less for use to serve anything. It also had a lot of dusty particles all over it but I wiped it before I gifted it. Thanks again!
